”4. Objectives of the Association: 
a) to represent, at a national level, the scientific and political interests of Hungarian science and scientists, as well as of Hungarian higher education and elite training;
b) to increase the social recognition of science and education;
c) in the interest of increasing the standards of Hungarian science, to contribute to the training and scientific development of experts and researchers with a wide intellectual horizon, with modern approaches, having valuable domestic and foreign experience even as career starters;
d) to provide opportunities for domestic and international exchanges of scientific experience for students and recent graduates involved in theoretical and/or practical research, as well as to promote their integration into international scientific life.

5. In order to implement the objectives set out in section 4, the Association shall:
a) keep contacts with domestic and international public and social organizations as well as with business establishments;
b) organize domestic and international seminars, including primarily the Conference of Pro Scientia Gold Medal Winners where gold medal winners shall deliver presentations.”
